PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
MC FOAMED aluminium composite panel adopts a aluminium/ foamed-HDPE core/ aluminium Sandwich structure. It is made of continual lamination under high temperature and pressure. The foamed-HDPE core is made by advanced physical nitrogen foaming technology. It doesn't contain any chemical foaming agent and is friendly to the environment.

Weight of 3mm MC FOAMED panel is only 2.5-2.9kg/m⊃2;. Compared with conventional ACP, the weight is reduced by 30-50%.
HIGH RIGIDITY
3mm MC FOAMED panel is equivalent to 1.8mm thick aluminum sheet in rigidity, and the weight is only 60%.
ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY
MC FOAMED ACP adopts virgin HDPE as core material, there's no volatilization of toxics. It passes ROHS testing.
